Personal Coaching & Wellness Support
I offer a limited number of personal coaching sessions each week for individuals looking to improve their health, build strength, and feel more confident in their body.
My approach combines personal training, health coaching, and behaviour change to support sustainable, long-term results. This is not about quick fixes, but about creating a healthier lifestyle that works for you.
What this includes
Personal coaching is tailored to your individual goals and may include strength and fitness development, weight loss and body confidence support, as well as guidance around lifestyle, habits, and consistency. You will also receive ongoing accountability and structured support.
My approach
This is a health-led approach, grounded in public health principles and clinical experience.
You are supported not only within sessions, but in building routines and behaviours that support your overall wellbeing in a realistic and sustainable way.
Wellness Support Package
All clients receive a complimentary wellness support package, including a 30-day fitness and weight loss guide, an anti-inflammatory nutrition plan, and a daily reset and wellness planner.
These resources are designed to support your progress outside of sessions and help you stay consistent.
