Meet Onika

Onika Miller is a Leadership, Organisational Wellbeing and Public Health Specialist, as well as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, with a Master’s degree in Global Public Health.

With over a decade of experience across the NHS, public sector and corporate environments, she designs and delivers evidence-informed wellbeing programmes that support leaders and teams to sustain performance, build resilience and prevent burnout. Her work integrates public health, behavioural science and practical delivery to create meaningful, long-term change across organisations.

Onika has held senior roles within the NHS and has contributed to national-level work, including authoring chapters for the Oxford Handbook of Community Nursing. She has extensive experience working across complex, multi-agency systems, supporting improved outcomes for communities, professionals and organisations.

Alongside her organisational work, Onika has a background in health coaching and fitness, which informs her holistic and practical approach to wellbeing. She understands the realities of high-pressure environments and supports individuals and teams to navigate stress, build sustainable habits and maintain performance over time.

Through her workshops, programmes and speaking, she empowers professionals and organisations to create healthier, more effective and more sustainable ways of working.
